The council also approved several related items, including a small-scale amendment to the city’s Future Land Use Map and the rezoning of land to the Town Center designation, all of which were passed without public input. A resolution extending the development agreement until March 4, 2055, was also approved, allowing for the development of 1,633 residential units, 150,000 square feet of office space, and 300 hotel rooms.
