The most significant item addressed was the approval of a subgrant carryover for the 2023-2024 period and an amendment to a shared services agreement with the city, denoted as resolution B8. Alongside this, the Board approved an agreement with Bright and Beautiful for a therapy dog program, marked as resolution B9.

Another important topic was the adjustments made to the school calendar due to the potential for snow days. Trustee Gary Maita highlighted the importance of revising the calendar, noting that should there be no further snow days, the Board meeting initially scheduled for June 20th would now be shifted to June 18th.

Resolutions were also adjusted to include an additional field trip in revised A7 and a name removed from the appointment of teachers in C19 due to a candidate turning down the position. The Board discussed these changes and distributed revised resolutions to the trustees.
