The meeting also highlighted recent energy audits conducted by engineers, which are part of a weatherization grant application process. The audits included detailed air pressure measurements in several units. The results, expected soon, will be submitted to the Department of Energy. Another point was the completion of the first Inspire inspection by HUD, focusing solely on safety standards. The inspection identified the need for smoke detectors in each bedroom, prompting the purchase of additional detectors for all units.
