The meeting began with the announcement of the official results from the November 2024 school election. Brian Rock, Eric Stevenson, and Dia Bryant were all successfully elected, with Bryant securing the most votes. Brian Rock was nominated for president and was unanimously re-elected, receiving full support from his colleagues.

In addition to Rock’s re-election, the board also nominated and confirmed Robert Ivker as the vice president. The decision was made with unanimous consent as well. The new vice president acknowledged his predecessor’s contributions during challenging times, emphasizing a seamless transition and continued dedication to the board’s objectives.

The meeting also addressed procedural matters such as the acceptance of the code of ethics for board members, who were required to provide signed copies to the board secretary. The reorganization resolutions from D through R were approved without discussion.
