Additionally, the Cook County Soil and Water Conservation District provided a memo focusing on potential invasive species issues associated with the processing of trees.

The staff report to the Planning Commission emphasized the need for compatibility with existing neighborhood uses and suggested establishing specific operational hours to mitigate noise concerns. It was proposed that the renewal period be reduced from ten to five years to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of these restrictions.

The board proposed a five-year renewal period, allowing time for potential upgrades and continued oversight.
