Cadets reported participating in over 400 service hours during events like Franklinville Day and supporting local causes such as the Thanksgiving lunch for the less fortunate. The cadets’ upcoming engagements include the Gloucester County Veteran Cemetery event and the Toys for Tots campaign, which they have supported for over 20 years. Additionally, the program introduced a new drone team, with plans to decide on its focus, either as a competition team or as a pathway for cadets to earn FAA certification as drone pilots. Efforts to establish partnerships with organizations like Lockheed Martin were also discussed.

Aside from the JROTC update, the board conducted routine approvals, including staff leaves of absence and financial reports for September. A motion to approve staff participation in the senior trip to Disney in March 2025 was also passed. The board certified that no financial accounts had been overexpended.
