The commission also addressed an amended variance request for a residential property on West Lake Drive. The variance was adjusted due to more precise measurements, resulting in a 41-foot setback from the ordinary high watermark. The commission maintained the impervious surface coverage at 30%, aligning with prior council recommendations.
