The commission also addressed the final plat approval for Providence Lakes, a 40-unit townhome development. The original plan for 48 units was modified to fit the current specifications, and the necessary permits and declarations are nearing completion. The commission approved the final plat, forwarding it to the community development committee and city council for final action.

Additionally, the commission reviewed a revised site plan for Weber Ford, which involves adding a second car wash bay. This minor change in the site plan was approved without any additional conditions and does not require further council approval.
