The council engaged in a discussion about the sale of Delta 8 and Delta 9 products, addressing concerns about underage sales and potential legislative action at the state level.

Adjustmentsttention was given to the sale and development of local properties. The council deliberated on the sale of specific lots within a neighborhood and the possibility of selling the entire project to a developer. The developer, expressing a keen interest in the project, proposed a $62,000 non-refundable deposit, which constitutes 20% of the total amount. The council members examined the right of first refusal terms, the project’s deadline, and the developer’s past experience with small shopping centers. After in-depth discussion, the council approved a motion for the first addendum to the agreement of sale, as well as a motion for the whole project, despite one dissenting vote from a member who requested to review the developer’s previous work.

The negotiation of a lot at the tower site was concluded with a settled price of $310,000. The council also looked at the prospects of significant funding for Brownfield development areas, with visions for two separate developments. They discussed sourcing funds for the White Specker demolition and the solicitation of quotes for the third Terrace Street project. Future plans, including the upcoming F package for the Liverpool Avenue and 100 BLX project, as well as an energy grant application, were also topics of conversation. The council also introduced an ordinance amending the Parks and Recreation areas.
