AECOM Technical Services emerged as the top contender with a score of 341 out of 400, followed closely by GHD Services and GI Consultants. AECOM’s proposal was favored for its comprehensive approach to disaster recovery and resilience planning, which aligns with the town’s objectives under the federal guidelines.

11:34The plan, supported by HUD funding, aims to serve as an actionable roadmap, emphasizing the integration of recovery, resilience, and climate adaptation strategies. It will also ensure updates to the town’s comprehensive plan in accordance with Florida statutes. The town manager will review the committee’s recommendations before the final decision is presented to the Town Council, with a scheduled date of May 5th for further discussion.
