Palmer also addressed the board’s queries about his availability and ability to manage his responsibilities, balancing his existing commitments in Carver. He assured the board that his 23 years of experience provided him with the skills to manage the workload effectively within the hours available.

The board expressed confidence in Palmer’s abilities, supported by positive remarks from a previous employer, who praised Palmer as one of the best employees. The board also authorized the interim town administrator to finalize Palmer’s contract.
