However, it was noted that only one survey had been sent out so far, in English, and there was a lack of clarity on further engagement plans. The community member urged the board to clarify how they would involve parents, especially those who might not respond to surveys or face language barriers, in the evaluation process.

The meeting also involved the board’s reorganization for the year 2026. A new board president and vice president were elected, and committee assignments were announced. The board adopted the annual meeting calendar and approved resolutions related to the governance and operation of the district, including financial procedures and official designations for various roles and responsibilities within the district.
