Council members, without affirming the identity of those who responded, acknowledged the resident’s concerns and discussed the need to review the presented evidence, including videos, and revisit traffic studies. The possibility of addressing the truck traffic issue with weight restrictions was mentioned, but it was also noted that such restrictions would require a broader regional approach involving multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to the traffic concerns, the council discussed the reimplementation of residential resale inspections, which would mandate property inspections before the title transfer. An ordinance draft is expected to be presented in the coming month. The council also received commendations for the Department of Public Works for improvements and maintenance work in parks and open spaces, particularly the local dog park.
