The council reviewed the third quarter report for FY24, which outlined various projects in the community redevelopment areas (CRAs). These included septic to sewer initiatives, road improvements, park enhancements, and design standards. A completion report for a property improvement program in Port Salo was addressed, detailing exterior signage and parking lot improvements. A business in the core subdistrict of Port Cerno, Caesar’s Holding Group LLC, completed building improvements, with the council discussing the successful reimbursement model used. The council also considered implementing a residential program modeled after the commercial investment program.

Technical issues were briefly discussed, such as the request for a more efficient login process for county-issued emails. During public comments, a representative from Martin Arts announced an award to be presented to the Office of Community Development for their work on the Ripple project and Eco art in the Palm City CRA.
