Discussion on the township’s finances continued with a detailed examination of the comparative balance sheet, where a $2 million difference between two years was attributed to factors such as fluctuations in grant money, variations in payables, and changes in prepaid taxes. Furthermore, there was an acknowledgment of the town’s strategic use of American Rescue Plan funding for capital projects.
