This decision comes as the board navigates the completion of phase two of its HVAC project, which has seen some delays due to grant reimbursement issues. However, it was reported that these concerns have been resolved, and only minor items remain on the punch list, with full closure expected in the coming weeks. A proposal for the next phase of the HVAC project was also approved, with engineering and construction services set at $98,400.

The meeting also marked an acknowledgment of Chantay Lynch’s contributions as a board member. Members expressed their appreciation for her service, with hopes that she might consider running again in the future. Field trips for middle and elementary school students were highlighted as well.

The PTA shared numerous activities and initiatives, including the successful distribution of new school T-shirts, Scholastic Books donations to classrooms, and a community food drive.
