During the meeting, committee appointments were announced for the upcoming term. Joseph Blumert was appointed to chair the FFA Committee, supported by Vincent Pompeo and Christina Aio. The PMC Committee will be chaired by Cara Shenton, with Sam Ciresi and Timothy Gitin as members. Danielle Esposito will lead the CIS Committee with support from Sam Ciresi and Greg MacSweeney. The Policy Committee will be chaired by Greg MacSweeney, including Cara Shenton and Christina Aio. The Board Effectiveness Committee will be led by Megan Dempsey, joined by Vincent Pompeo and Christina Aio.
Community involvement was acknowledged with public comments highlighting appreciation for the Board’s efforts. The dedication event for the Ruth Kellett Gym was particularly noted as a highlight, celebrating the legacy of Ruth Kellett in promoting women’s athletics in Morris County.
