The meeting commenced with the administration of the oath of office to re-elected board members, including Elesia James and Hayley Toth, as well as Richard Liguori. Richard Liguori thanked his family for their support and emphasized his intention to work collaboratively for student achievement and fiscal responsibility. Hayley Toth acknowledged the support of her family, friends, and the community, and reiterated her commitment to educational excellence and equity.

The board also adopted their annual Code of Ethics, with each member reading a portion of the code to reinforce their dedication to ethical conduct in their roles. The ethics code covers a range of principles including confidentiality, impartiality, and the proper referral of complaints.

The meeting concluded with the formal acceptance of the election results and the closing of the public session.
