The environmental commission presented a proposal from Orange and Rockland to create a pollinator meadow next to the community garden as mitigation for the removal of high tower wires, providing aesthetic and agricultural benefits. The Oaks house was another focal point, with a new building rendering featuring a pavilion, bathrooms, and storage space.

Concern was raised regarding the budget and appropriations for a light rescue truck and additional parking.
