The board members present at the meeting were Joseph Bucco Jr., John Pierotti Jr., Natalie Jowett Agoos, Lauren Sum, Deborah Clare, and Amara Wagner, along with Superintendent Dr. Robert M. Gamper. Board President David Bradler was not in attendance.

Legacy Construction Management was chosen after the board conducted a Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The board received six responses and determined that Legacy was the best fit based on the outlined criteria. Field Pro was selected as the district’s fields and grounds vendor following a Request for Proposal (RFP), receiving two responses.

In addition to these decisions, the board approved the reimbursement of conference and seminar expenses for staff members Molly Jaffe and Lucy Meyer, capped at $699.99 and $1500.00 respectively. Jaffe will attend the AP Summer Institute, while Meyer will undertake Orton Gillingham Training Institute for MSE via a virtual platform.

The board also approved a new salary guide for board office staff. Robert Wright, the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, reviewed the process for selecting Legacy Construction and Field Pro and detailed the process used for creating the board office salary guide.

All resolutions were passed as part of a consent agenda, and the meeting was adjourned at 2:13 p.m.
