They also codify the process for conducting concept reviews, a practice that has evolved since the last revision.

Board members expressed satisfaction with the collaborative effort that resulted in the updated bylaws, noting the dedication and thoroughness of the process. The revisions were developed with input from board leadership, reviewed by legal counsel, and endorsed by the Procedures Committee before being presented for a vote.

Another topic discussed was the carrying of the Princeton Shopping Center’s Eden’s application for signage to February 20th. This decision was made due to the applicant’s availability and the need for additional information, which was previously requested but not received in time. The board had initially approved facade signs in November, with directional and identification signage deferred pending further details.

The meeting also covered reports from subcommittees, including the Landscape Committee, which approved Princeton University’s landscape plan for the 112-116 Prospect Avenue project. The Site Plan Committee reported on the classification of Stony Brook Regional Sewage’s project, which involves the demolition and rebuild of a prefabricated office trailer.
