During the meeting, a motion was made and seconded to appoint Angela Ciso-Sten to the role of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. The vote was unanimous in favor of the appointment. Another item on the agenda was the approval of a field trip to Washington D.C., scheduled for April 28th to 30th, organized by Samsung. The motion for the field trip was also passed unanimously.
