Ordinance 05-2025 proposed capital improvements for the 2025 Road Surfacing Program and the acquisition of a vehicle for the Office of Emergency Management, appropriating $275,000. Ordinance 06-2025 aimed to amend the borough code regarding the distribution of unsolicited advertising circulars and newspapers, setting guidelines for delivery locations and penalties for non-compliance. Both ordinances passed their initial readings and were set for public hearings.
