Further collaboration with Andover Youth Services is under consideration, with joint programs being a possibility as Reading aims to replicate successful inclusion models. Shared resource opportunities with Wakefield were also discussed, emphasizing collaboration over creating new frameworks.

The Virtu Metal Phase Two project was addressed, with efforts underway to finalize concepts before community engagement sessions. Although budget constraints may necessitate scaling back, the committee is keen to involve the public in planning. A spring or summer timeline is projected for project advancement, with a potential event to celebrate Phase One’s completion, acknowledging the contributions and impact of the development.

Other topics included the temporary closure of the pavilion to prevent winter plumbing issues and a discussion on the unfortunate cancellation of a Halloween event due to health concerns from smoke, a decision made with the Board of Health.
