Nancy Ziemlak provided an update on the PBC’s recent activities. She announced her resignation from the committee and informed members that the town plans to hire a third party to evaluate ADA compliance for the new building project. This development was a welcome update, as questions regarding ADA compliance had been a longstanding concern for members. The bidding process for the construction project has begun, with contractors pre-approved and bids set to close by January 14th. Additionally, a walkthrough of the site at Simon’s Way is scheduled for December 18th, allowing interested parties to gain a better understanding of the project layout and plans.
