Kinowski detailed the requirements for the event, including two 100 by 100 square feet areas—one for competition and another for training. She assured the commission that cleanliness would be maintained, with dog owners exhibiting responsible behavior.

The logistics of the event were scrutinized, with discussions about potential conflicts with other park activities, particularly baseball and softball games. Kinowski projected a fluctuating attendance of around 200 people at any one time, with approximately 350 runs over the weekend. Parking and potential damage to the soccer fields were also considered, with Kinowski emphasizing that participants would wear regular sneakers to minimize impact.

Additional considerations included the possibility of dry camping for attendees with campers, the request for electricity, and the potential presence of a food truck. Kinowski underscored the importance of securing the venue promptly to avoid losing the opportunity to host the event.
