The second application focused on the addition and exterior renovations of a non-contributing historic structure on Cypress Street. The project aims to restore some of the property’s original architectural features, such as reopening an enclosed porch, which will enhance its historical appearance. As with the first application, the board’s approval came with a three-year condition for obtaining a building permit.
