The garage, intended primarily for storage, will be reconstructed using existing foundations to avoid additional costs. Carthy assured the board that he would adhere to all permitting requirements and work closely with the building department. The board found the application straightforward, emphasizing that the new garage would not negatively impact the property or its neighbors. A resolution to formalize the approval will be prepared by March 12th, allowing Carthy to begin construction thereafter.
