However, the most debated financial matter was the resolution to enter into a lease for the construction of a wireless telecommunications facility. The highest bid by Diamond Towers 5 LLC was rejected due to non-compliance with bid specifications, leading to the awarding of the lease to Wireless Edge Towers 2 LC.
