In the meeting’s administrative segment, the council addressed routine matters such as approving previous meeting minutes, discussing bills and claims, and reviewing reports from standing committees. The Finance Policy Committee introduced several resolutions, including authorizing budget transfers and refunds for overpaid taxes, all of which were passed without opposition.
