This topic elicited a response from council members, who noted that the matter was presently in litigation and could not be discussed in detail during the open session. The resident’s quest for clarity on the status of the court proceedings was met with advice to seek further information from the municipal court. The council also approved a resolution to enter an executive session to discuss matters related to affordable housing.
