The unveiling of the Centennial Monument is set for November 2, featuring an evening drone show, and an interfaith Thanksgiving service is planned for November 22, fostering community unity through shared historical insights.

The council also addressed routine administrative matters, such as passing resolutions for recycling grants, tax cancellations, and landscaping refunds. A significant topic of discussion was property tax exemptions for disabled veterans. It was clarified that New Jersey law grants a full property tax exemption to 100% disabled veterans, but no partial exemptions are available for those with lesser disabilities. The only additional financial relief for veterans is a $250 deduction.

Abma’s Farm received permission to host a limited brewery event featuring local brewery Bolero Snort.
