A resolution was passed to acquire electronic sales contract services, while another authorized a change order for professional services regarding financial impact analysis on redevelopment projects. The board also approved resolutions for maintaining a goose-free environment in parks and for vision care network plan services.

The board authorized refunds for canceled participation in recreation programs and appointed Dr. Matthew Latysia as the medical director for the Nutley Fire Department at a fee of $6,000 per year. A resolution was also passed to insert a special item in the budget for the Safe and Secure Communities Grant, amounting to $45,150.
